Transfer Service
72 hours before the service date: Full refund

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be returned to the customer via the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Deposit Refund
The 100% deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the service date.

Digital Travel Guide
Due to the digital nature of the travel guide, all sales are final and non-refundable once the guide has been delivered, sent, or downloaded.

If a customer experiences a technical issue preventing access to the digital travel guide, they may contact us and we will review the issue and provide reasonable assistance.
