We understand that travel plans can change. GreekWay keeps the cancellation and refund process clear, fair, and easy to discuss.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email. The earlier we know, the easier it is to release the reserved dates and help you with the next step.

• Cancellations made up to 72 hours before arrival are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival may not be refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Changes to your booking

If your flight changes, your hotel changes, or you need to adjust the plan, message us as early as possible. We will always try to adjust the service when availability allows.

No-shows

If a traveler does not arrive at the agreed meeting point and does not contact us, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.
